Warranty Policy
General:
The warranty policies below are honoured by Carday Supply (unless otherwise specified) and apply to all systems, subsystems and components assembled and sold by Carday Supply and/or their registered authorized dealers. The warranty period commences from the date that products are delivered to client or 5 days after the date of invoice.
The terms and conditions of this warranty are as follows:
Two Years: All internal electronic components and elements that are not easily accessible and require opening the case. Parts such as: Processors, memory modules, backplanes, internal adapters and controllers, etc.
One Year: Labor, services and all external electrical, electromechanical and mechanical components and the elements that are physically accessible and can be affected by environmental changes (temperature, humidity, vibration, etc.). Parts such as: fans, power supplies, drive caddies, all chassis components.
Manufacturer's Warranty: Some components may have longer warranty periods than those mentioned above. For any remaining manufacturer's warranty, Carday Supply recommends that clients contact the manufacturer or the master distributors directly.
Extended Warranty: Some products may be qualified for extended warranty. Clients can purchase additional extended warranties for 1 or 2 years beyond those provided by the manufacturer and Carday Supply. Please contact us for more details.
Software Warranty: The warranty for software will be the same as provided by the original software provider. Carday Supply will not accept any software package that has been opened by the customer. Only software sold as an original equipment manufacturer (OEM) product and part of a defective hardware can be returned.
Any product replaced under this warranty will be of like kind and quality and will not exceed the original purchase price of the product. Repairs and replacement parts are covered under this warranty only for the unexpired term of the original warranty offer by Carday Supply. Carday Supply at its sole option may use reconditioned or like-new parts.
Carday Supply will not warrant defects due to alteration, modification and repair by a person not authorized by Carday Supply, misuse, abuse, vandalism, accidental damage, and other damage resulting from electrical or electromechanical stress, electric power failure, air conditioning, humidity control, transportation, and water or foreign objects in the product. The use of the product for the purposes other than those for which it was designed are not covered by this warranty.
Under this warranty, shipping and handling costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the product has been determined by a Carday Supply technician to be defective. Prior to returning any product, purchasers must contact Carday Supply Technical Support to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Products must be shipped or returned with RMA number, purchaser’s name, postal address and contact phone, fax or e-mail address.
This warranty is transferable from the original purchaser (or owner) to a subsequent owner providing that the subsequent owner has the original proof of purchase. Above conditions will apply.
Exchange & Return Policy:
Any hardware product purchased from Carday Supply which is defective, or DOA (Dead On Arrival), or does not meet a customer’s requirements (need to be defined in advance) may be returned to Carday Supply within 15 calendar days from delivery for full replacement, credit or refund (money back at Carday's discretion). The client must return the product with the original invoice and original product packaging, including all accessories, manuals, warranty cards and other documentation as originally supplied by the manufacturer and Carday Supply. Carday Supply will not be responsible for loss or damage due to inadequate packaging by clients. After 15 days and before 30 days only a credit or exchange will apply.
Carday Supply reserves the right to charge a 20% restocking fee for the return of products not described above under Carday's return policies. All returns are subject to receipt and inspection by Carday's engineering staff. This return policy is void if the product is marked, tampered with or damaged in any way.

Liability Disclaimer:
Products sold by Carday Supply are to be used only for the intended purpose(s). Carday Supply assumes no responsibility for loss arising from other use, misuse, abuse or negligence by the customer, or the shipping companies. Thus Carday Supply shall not be liable for any incidental, consequential or compensatory damage arising from the misuse or abuse of the products by the customer, or by the shipping companies. Carday would highly recommend that clients purchase separate insurance policies to cover the above circumstances.
The customer releases Carday Supply from all liability due to damage to the unit, replacement of the unit or injury to any person that is not due to the fault or negligence of Carday Supply.
There is no license or immunity from any patent, given or implied, by any sales made by Carday Supply.
